The media is trying to use the term "LiLo" to refer to Lindsey Lohan, similar to how many refer to Jennifer Lopez as J-Lo.
To many of us, however, lilo refers to something else altogether: the Linux Loader!
Unfortunately, the world seems much more interested in Lindsey these days than they are of linux, but still, Google appears to acknowledge which is more prevalent (at least for now):
Who knows? Maybe Lindsey will get interested in linux and find something far better to focus upon?
