I'm trying out MovableType 4.3 on Debian with a test install on my development machine.
So far it looks fine, and not all that different. As previously noted, the blog cloning feature has been fully integrated into mtos-core and is no longer a plugin.
I'm quite pleased it doesn't look too different. It makes me a little less hesitant to go through with the update.
UPDATE: I've gone ahead with the updates. So far, I haven't noticed any problems. I did notice that jquery is a dependency now - that is good news!
UPDATE 2: I was just going to make a note that 4.3 doesn't seem that much faster than 4.2, but as I was navigating to this blog entry to make an update, I did see a noticeable speed increase. Awesome!
