Melody, a fork of Movable Type Open Source, was announced with much fanfare, but there haven't been any updates lately.
I'm mostly interested in speeding up MovableType and using jQuery for lots and lots of stuff.
Apparently MTOS 4.3 is much faster, but its not in the Debian archives yet.
