This blog is powered by movable type, an open source blogging program. I have to say i like it a lot. It does an excellent job of organizing many different blogs, and offers many of the same positive editing options featured in word press.
Things I would love to see improved, is the ability to edit a link so it opens in a new page rather than in the present one. Also I’d love to see light box added to the features. It’s one of the more elegant ways to include images on a site, in my opinion.
I’m still learning how to use the software, so I’m still having trouble uploading images, with out making a separate post of the image.
On the whole movable type is easy to use, and accessible.
Lightbox functionality is getting close, it works on a couple of MT blogs. Its now done using a class tag with the word "thickbox" instead of lightbox.
