I filled out the small application form, and received this response:
This is to confirm that the information you submitted has been received. The reviewing process is ongoing and you will be contacted should you qualify for the beta program. If you don't hear from us, your information will be stored in our database so we can keep you updated about future developments of Yahoo! Publisher Network and when it becomes available to the general public.
