They are sending out spam that looks like a bill for search engine submission. What a joke. Just got the spam this morning, definitely on the surface looks legit, but it is a total scam. I feel sorry for those falling for it-
How can we stop them? I have been getting this for a number of years now, initially by snail mail, now by email.
They seem to operate from the USA, New York state. Is there any consummers protection office there? If so, why do they not react to this clear scam and don't close this operation?

I got this spam too. Being it was sent to an address NOT associated with the domain in question, I thought it a little fishy. (I am associated with 10 domains). I checked anyway, though I knew that the domain they were "billing out " on wasn't set to expire until 2014. Buyer beware of crap like this. Anything by Domain Srvs is complete BS. don't fall for it.
