News that Sergey Brin has a new blog where he has disclosed that he has a genetic marker which indicates he may have a higher chance of contracting Parkinson's is very interesting to me.
If I recall correctly, it was Brin's idea to have "Don't be evil" be the Google motto, and so far I think that has been surprisingly effective. His charisma and honesty are impressive that he would share this intimate news. But what about DNA testing? Is this such a good idea? I'm not sure, but I'm quite convinced that it will continue to progress whether or not I feel its a good thing.
