Now that Movable Type is open source, I've really started to evaluate it as a potential alternative to Wordpress. I've been using it on and off for over six months, and I've even forked it into a separate project so that I can tinker with and learn how it works.
For a long time, I was having a hard time with it, but recently, I've really started to enjoy working with it. They've put a lot of thought into how the system is built, and it works quite well.
I'm also very pleased that Debian has included it in its repositories.
