Yahoo! and Google have reached an agreement to share web ads. This is an important step in the negotiations between Yahoo! and Microsoft, especially after Microsoft gave Yahoo! an ultimatum to accepting their offer. Yahoo! snubbed that offer saying that they are worth more, and have since received positive feedback from their shareholders.
