I'm having some serious problems with WP 2.3.3 and the lightbox plugin(s). I finally found a new one based on jQuery which is my preferred EMCAScript library, but it clashes with the OpenID plugin. Doh! Wordpress should probably help plugin authors manage jQuery usage better.
