I can't say that I've been using any of the new Wordpress features - like tags - after upgrading, but it definitely feels a heck of a lot faster. Other than that, I haven't noticed much of a change. Considering I jumped 2 minor steps its surprising there weren't more improvements. Maybe there are a bunch I'm not aware of....
